Registration for the 53rd EUGridPMA meeting, in conjunction with AARC Community on Policy and GN4-3 EnCo

Privacy Notice
We process your personal data to determine eligibility to attend the meeting, to provide you services (catering, logistical support) before and during the meeting, to inform you about associated social events (which is why we ask for arrival and departure date), and in order to enable collaboration and trust between the members of the IGTF. Information that is not marked as mandatory ("starred" data) are entirely optional and not used for eligibility verification unless specifically indicated otherwise. Registration data is kept until you ask us to correct or delete it, since attendance information is an important criteria for trust establishment by the IGTF relying parties. It is made available to the IGTF community only, and then only the representative name, affiliation, and attendance mode. Your name, affiliations, and mode of attendance will be shown on the participants page, accessible only to IGTF members and collaborators.
By law you have certain rights over your personal data that we hold: to receive a copy of the data, to ask us to correct any errors, or to delete it once we no longer need it. Actually, we mail all that we hold back to you immediately.
